At our first meeting we will consider your existing safety management systems, risk assessments, policy arrangements, method statements, safety management documentation and staff safety training, this allows us to highlight areas that may require particular or immediate attention. Note we do this with you, allowing you access to every aspect of the process.

Inspection and Report: We undertake an initial safety tour of your premises and provide you with a written report of both good and poor practice. This is our baseline benchmark to measure the effectiveness of our service at quarterly intervals. You will receive a written report supported by a photographic record of our findings.

We work with you: in training and helping your management and staff in developing, understanding and managing their own Risk Assessment profile, we give you the tools and knowledge to empower ownership and leadership.

Delivery of Staff Training: Having identified your staff training needs, we will deliver the training at your premises where this is possible. To ensure flexibility we also have vocational learning or training packages in most subjects to meet our needs.

Health & Safety Monitoring: We then undertake an agreed number of visits to your premises as required, the intention of these visits is to meet with your legaslitive requirments and we monitor that your arrangements are in place and provide you with an inderpendant written report on each occasion. Areas of good and poor practice will be highlighted equaly and any hazards/risks will be assessed and documented along with an action plan of event requirments.

Evidence & Administration: All of the above will be documented; we will provide you with a safety file in both paper and digital formats and will ensure that all actions, training and inspections are evidenced, Keeping you compliant.
